Deliveries and Return

Denmark and EU Orders

For DK orders, we dispatch within 1 working day from Aarhus via DAO or Postnord. Orders placed before 12pm are eligible for same-day dispatch. During peak periods, order processing may take longer, and please be aware that DK delivery may be affected over bank holidays.

Other Countries Customers 

Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment, should they apply. Please inform us if your package does not arrive within 21 days of placing your order. In such cases, we will investigate and provide guidance on the next steps.

ORDER ISSUES AND REFUNDS

We proudly offer a 90-day, no-hassle returns policy. We've extended this policy to ensure that you have ample time to verify that your purchase suits your skin or the recipient's skin without any concerns.

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days to enable us to assist with your request. For any other return requests, please reach out to us through our contact form. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for returning your product.

It's important to note that you, the customer, shall shoulder the expenses when returning the products and the products must be returned in original packaging.
